Send out the card set document to your colleagues before a meeting so everyone has a chance to print and cut them in preparation for your meeting. No printer at home? No problem! Simply use your phone to take photos of each card and show the photo of the appropriate card during the meeting.

**NOTA BENE** When using these cards, take a few minutes at the begining of your meeting to review each card and what it means so that everyone is clear about when to use them and how to respond when someone else does. you may decide to omit some cards (that aren’t relevant for your team) or add cards you need.
